Since OS X 10.12 it has been named macOS so it makes sense
to reference it in documentation as such, even when it
sometimes refers to older versions which were called (Mac) OS X.
This is done by explicitly calling Update() in the generic version and
seems to also be done by the native MSW one, even if it's not documented
to do it.
It doesn't result in the frame floating over its parent, this is what
wxFRAME_FLOAT_ON_PARENT style is for, it just means that the frame is
minimized/restored when its parent is.
This function was added way back in 2002 (r15339) but was never documented.
Do it now as it's a useful method to override for customizing the help strings
display.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Don't include wxBORDER_NONE in neither wxToolBar ctor and Create() nor
wxFrame::CreateToolBar() flags parameter, override GetDefaultBorder() in
wxToolBar itself instead to use the border style appropriate for the current
platform by default. This has the same effect -- the default border style is
used unless another one is explicitly specified -- but is more clear and
consistent.
Also add wxTB_DEFAULT_STYLE for consistency with the other classes.

Applied patch by snowleopard2 fixing a bunch of typos such as misspellings and double words in the documentation. Combined the patch with some local queued typos waiting to be committed as well as adding new typo fixes inspired by the patch.
Function names with American spelling were not changed nor was third-party code touched. The only code changes involve some changes in strings that are translated ("Can not" -> "Cannot").
Closes#13063 (again).

In particular mention that wx{MINIMIZE,MAXIMIZE,CLOSE}_BOX can't be used
without wxCAPTION and that wxSYSTEM_MENU ought to be used with it too.

Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
