Update Findsodium.cmake 
When libsodium is build and installed from source, the line:
list(REMOVE_DUPLICATES sodium_PKG_STATIC_LIBRARIES)
generates an error because sodium_PKG_STATIC_LIBRARIES is empty
The proposed change fixes this issue
