Fix gzwrite.c to accommodate reduced memory zlib compilation.

gzwrite.c had hard-coded parameters to deflateInit2() which could
contradict compile-time options for the use of less memory and fewer
code bits.  This patch suggested by Karsten Saunte fixes that.
