The documentation for wxGetClientDisplayRect(), wxGetDisplayPPI(), wxGetDisplaySize() and wxGetDisplaySizeMM() didn't appear in the output because they were documented as "overloads" of the corresponding functions without "Get" prefix inside an @addtogroup Doxygen macro and apparently this is not supported.
