Julian Smart bbcdf8bc7c Fixed various wxMSW compile problems that came down the telephone line...
plus wxTreeCtrl::EditLabel/EndEditLabel, dialog editor stuff, wxMSW header changes,
doc changes. Sorry about the quantity :-(
