Vadim Zeitlin ffcfcb526f Correct instructions for building wx applications with MSVC. Use the correct $WXWIN/include/msvc path instead of the non-existing $WXWIN/msvc. Also mention that $WXWIN should actually be $(WXWIN) for MSVC.
