Vadim Zeitlin acd77439f9 Add wxMarkupText::RenderItemText()
Add new method allowing to use wxRendererNative::DrawItemText() for actually
rendering the text instead of wxDC::DrawLabel().

This will be used for markup support in (generic) wxDataViewCtrl.
