wxWidgets/include/wx/mimetype.h
David Elliott c0e2aaa94a Only MSW has a class wxIconLocation. The other platforms have
typedef wxIconLocationBase wxIconLocation; Apple's GCC does not like
the mismatch when forward declaring it.
