Mattia Barbon aae91497f6 Removed some old cruft from wxBitmap, moved wxMotif- and ... wxControl-specific functionality (GetXXXPixmap) into a separate class, and fixed the implementation. Adapted wxStaticBitmap, wxBitmapButton and wxToolBar to the new situation.
