Vadim Zeitlin 3da9cffc79 Replace wxST_MARKUP style with wxControl::SetLabelMarkup(). ... This is an incompatible change which removes the wxStaticText-specific wxST_MARKUP style and adds wxControl::SetLabelMarkup() replacing it.
