Vadim Zeitlin 1054bcb21f Fix wxStyledTextCtrl::SetInsertionPointEnd(). ... This relied on SetInsertionPoint(-1) working like in wxTextCtrl but it didn't. Add an explicit check to it for consistency with the other classes and to make SetInsertionPointEnd() work.
