Vadim Zeitlin 3b7e7e2497 Resolve ambiguity between two wxAuiNotebook overloads. ... wxAuiNotebook-specific InsertPage() and the version inherited from wxBookCtrlBase were ambiguous if used with default values for their 2 last arguments.
