Vadim Zeitlin 0138fcfa32 Use function, not class, in GetTextExtent() unit tests ... Simplify the code by more or less reverting c7619cf139 (Replace a template function with template class to fix VC6 build., 2012-11-12) which shouldn't be necessary any longer as VC6 is not supported since a long time.
