Dimitri Schoolwerth 8f8d58d193 Use wx-prefixed macros throughout the repository.
Change {DECLARE,IMPLEMENT}_*CLASS and {DECLARE,BEGIN,END}_EVENT_TABLE
occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.
