Vadim Zeitlin 434faa39e6 Remove unused wxDisplayImpl::GetSizeMM()
This is not needed any longer after the changes of the last commit.

Note that the (still existent) public wxGetDisplaySizeMM() didn't use
this function, but used PPI instead.
