11c7d5b6d1 1. wxFontMapper seems to work for wxMSW 
2. font functions moved into a separate file, duplicated code in font.cpp
   and fontdlg.cpp removed
3. wxCustomDataObject docs finished

bbcdf8bc7c Fixed various wxMSW compile problems that came down the telephone line... 
plus wxTreeCtrl::EditLabel/EndEditLabel, dialog editor stuff, wxMSW header changes,
doc changes. Sorry about the quantity :-(
