eb83512732 Reenable TEST_ALL (and #define TEST_FTP in that case) 
Fix some warnings about unused functions
Fix asserts coming from incorrect use of GetC(): new wxPutchar asserts when passing a NULL character
Remove TestThreadExec() and MyExecThread: wxExecute can be used only from the main thread
Remove TestFtpWuFtpd: we don't want to test for wu-ftp bugs and ftp.eudora.com doesn't respond anymore
Do not leak the global FTP object

0ee4059da2 Ran bakefile -f autoconf and autoconf. 
Some missing headers have been added, the *NODOT variables were
added to samples makefiles and the version changed from 2.6.2 to 2.7.0.
Generated configure now includes "OS/2" fixes per wxAutohacks.

5ba95b7936 Don't hide virtual method in stackwalker. Remove tests implemented now in CppUnit. Use argv in Unicode and ANSI in unicode build. Use base class for standard paths.
