Use CGRestorePermanentDisplayConfiguration() to implement switching to default
video mode in wxOSX wxDisplay implementation.

Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently.

Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
