Change documentation references from OS X to macOS (#1927) 
Since OS X 10.12 it has been named macOS so it makes sense
to reference it in documentation as such, even when it
sometimes refers to older versions which were called (Mac) OS X.

8fbca5cb70 Remove all trailing spaces 
No real changes, just clean up sources by removing trailing spaces from
all the non-generated files.

This should hopefully avoid future commits mixing significant changes
with insignificant whitespace ones.

322a55e63d Fix LaTeX docs for PDF manual. 
LaTeX fails to handle tables nested in @param sections, and we've
only used them to expand on enums that should be documented on
their own anyway, so the docs have been extracted here.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

ce7fe42e84 Provide shorter synonyms for wxEVT_XXX constants. 
Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).

The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

f00f01b3bf Correctly document the library the classes belong to. 
Many classes were documented as being in a wrong library, mostly a lot of
wxbase vs wxcore confusion but we even managed to document wxAuiManager as
being in wxbase. Correct all this.

Closes #14745, #14747.

6fbdd267e5 Fix wxComboCtrl::SetHint() return type in the documentation. 
It is now bool, not void, as for wxTextEntry::SetHint().

9c1fed55d7 Don't document deprecated wxComboCtrl::SetValueWithEvent(). 
This method shouldn't be used at all, either SetValue() or ChangeValue()
should be used instead, so don't document it.

Closes #13961.

df3c4a42d9 Added wxComboPopup::DestroyPopup(), which responsibility is to call Destroy() for the popup control and also delete the combo popup object itself. The default implementation should be able to handle common cases.

238b33ab0e Added wxComboPopup::FindItem() to help in deciding how SetValue() should change the value of a read-only wxComboCtrl. This allows wxOwnerDrawnComboBox to have the same behavior as wxComboBox in that respect.

fda6279358 Instead of having wxComboCtrl mimic wxTextEntry interface, make it actually inherit from the class and implement functions to redirect to the embedded wxTextCtrl. This allows us to simplify the code and get rid of the dirty trick of directing wxComboCtrl's validator to the embedded wxTextCtrl. Also see #12779, which issue 1 is fixed by this change.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

a0e9a5dfde Implement wx-prefixed macros versions of DECLARE_EVENT_TABLE, BEGIN_EVENT_TABLE* and END_EVENT_TABLE macros. 
Implement compatibility aliases for non-prefixed macro names.
Require a final semicolon where possible.
