cf7a7e133b It's possible now to save to a PNG. OK, I still 
have performance problems, but it's a start.
  Updated install.txt.

c67daf8777 General tidy-up (mainly typecasts) to allow the use of the SGI native 
compilers (tested on Irix 6.5 with -mips3 -n32).

f4e325b3df DP: native wxTreeCtrl for GTK. 
It *should* be buggy... Cause I do not know GTK...
But it works... I do not know why... Robert, please look at it...
I am not sure that it is ok...

d355d3fe69 wxFrame::SetIcon() 
it's possible now to call Close() after ShowModal()
  dialog sample works
  changed wxString::First() etc to return -1
