54f9ee4509 Renamed the core namespace's submodules to have a leading underscore. 
This is so epydoc will automatically mark them as private and won't
document the objects they contain (they'll be docmented via the wx
module.)

5b29df3fee Add __docfilter__ to modules so epydoc doesn't generate docs for all 
the SWIG crud in the modules it doesn't need to.

da32eb53cb Changed (again) how the GIL is aquired and the tstate restored. This 
time it's simpler, better, and handles the case where there is a wx
calback/event while the GIL has been released by a non-wxPython
extension module.

83cbb9e995 Need to navigate to "about:blank" in order for the internal docuemnt 
to be created, which has to be done in order for LoadString to work,
so do it at the start.

b7c75283f2 Lindsay Mathieson's newest wxActiveX class has been wrapped into a new 
extension module called wx.activex.  Lots of demo and lib updates to
go along with it.

b2dc104421 More changes to make the autodocs be better, made all the namestrings 
and such be visible to swig so the autodoc generator knows how to

a32360e0fb Because of some differences in class heirarchy there are a few 
differences in generated code for the ogl and gizmos extensions, so
use separate dirs for them like the core does.

dd9f7fea29 Changed all TRUE/true --> True and all FALSE/false --> False so the 
Python docstrings will have the correct case.

Started adding extra docstrings where needed.

Some other little tweaks and fixes.

4acff284f9 A little black magic... When the C++ object (for a window or 
whatever) is deleted there is no way to force the Python shadow object
to also be destroyed and clean up all references to it.  This leads to
crashes if the shadow object tries to call a method with the old C++
pointer...  The black magic I've done is to replace the __class__ in the
Python instanc object with a class that raises an exception whenever a
method call is attempted.

10ef30eb53 wxStyledTextCtrl can now be built and used when wxUSE_UNICODE==1. 
When in unicode mode Scintilla uses UTF-8 internally so the wxSTC
wrapper only needs to convert to/from UTF-8 in the right places.
Still need to figure out to get unicode characters from key/char
events...

474c48f92e wxGTK SWIGged updates for: 
Changed (again) how the Python global interpreter lock is handled as
well as the Python thread state.  This time it works on SMP machines
without barfing and is also still compatible with Python debuggers.

4a61305d36 Added wxDllWidget from Vaclav Slavik which allows wx widgets derived 
from wxWindow to be loaded from a C++ .dll (or .so) and be used in a
wxPython program, without the widget having to be SWIGged first.
