it is different than wxArray::Index (second argument is for
case sensitivity, not search direction).
Use forward declaration for wx[Sorted]ArrayString, where
possible.

1. works correctly (handles negative widths according to the docs/MSW/Univ)
2. has shorter and simpler GetFieldRect() implementation
3. ... which is also more efficient (pixel widths are cached)

GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

Someone give a hint why you'd declare the same extern global vars
separately in a ton of header files instead of just once in a header
file included by all the others?
