b19b28c8fc Implement wx-prefixed macros versions of DECLARE/IMPLEMENT*CLASS macros. 
Implement compatibility aliases for non-prefixed macro names.
Require a final semicolon where possible.
Correct a recurring error in the docs: IMPLEMENT/DECLARE_CLASS are alias to the DYNAMIC macros, not to the ABSTRACT macros.

730b772b41 Move SetDefaultTimeout to wxProtocol and set it to 60 seconds for both wxHTTP and wxFTP 
Move SetPassword and SetUser implementations to wxProtocol to avoid code redundancy
Make const-correct various getters
Reorganize wxFTP docs
Move wxStringToStringHashMap to hashmap.h and document its existance

af49c4b8a2 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

f4ada56822 * Added wxsocket lib and sample (I hope I don't forget some file) 
* Updated some wx data and makefiles
* Updates on wxStream (reorganization)
 makefile for Windows will nearly follow
 wxSocket should work on wxGTK (I've tested it)

* IPC over Network is included
