Add support for a new event sent by wxColourDialog, currently only under
MSW, when the colour currently selected in it changes.
Based on work by Trylz, see https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/pull/1219
This reverts part of 573e887a4c, see
https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/pull/666 because it broke the use
of the generic dialogs in the sample under MSW (they were not used any
more, even if they were supposed to) and the explanation in the original
commit message doesn't seem correct: the WXUSINGDLL check is precisely
supposed to check if we're using a static build of wxWidgets (presumably
because of DLL export complications when not using it) and seems to work
as expected.
This allows to test generic dialogs in the sample again under MSW.
The underlying Windows TaskDialog supports adding an additional footer
to the message dialog. This makes the native functionality available
and implements it in the generic version.
See https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/pull/573
Add missing header, source and resource files.
Add missing data files (font), remove deleted data files (help).
Fix specifying xrc sample data files.
Remove WXUSINGDLL check from dialogs sample, it is not defined in e.g. static gui build.
Add the possibility to test the generic implementation of the class when
we use the native one by default, this is useful to allow comparing the
behaviour of the two classes.
wxNotificationMessage has been refactored to always use wxNotificationMessageImpl (this was previously already done in the MSW implementation)
This adds various features and fixes to wxNotificationMessage:
- OS X Notification Center implementation
- Generic "toast" notifications
- SetIcon() to specify a custom icon
- AddAction() to add actions to notifications
- Events to get notify of notification clicks, dismiss or actions
In practice, almost everybody using validators also seems to use this style,
so make it the default (this hadn't been done when it was originally
introduced because of compatibility concerns, but now, 15+ years later, it's
probably safe enough to change this).
Windows CE doesn't seem to be supported by Microsoft any longer. Last CE
release was in early 2013 and the PocketPC and Smartphone targets supported by
wxWidgets are long gone.
The build files where already removed in an earlier cleanup this commit
removes all files, every #ifdef and all documentation regarding the Windows CE
support.

This is a simple high level helper combining an arbitrary control showing
multiple items with the buttons allowing to add items to and remove items from
this control, but using the buttons and the layout appropriate for the current
platform.
Add the implementation itself, an example of using it to the dialogs sample
and the documentation.

Allow customizing wxBusyInfo window by passing wxBusyInfoFlags containing
information about the icon, title, colours and frame transparency to use.
Update the sample to show such "rich" busy info.

First of all, do define it under non-MSW platforms.
Second, don't crash in it when running under XP where wxTaskBarButton is not
available.
Also add IsAvailable() method to check for its availability explicitly and add
a demonstration of this class to the dialogs sample.

This port is not used and is not being worked on, so remove it to reduce the
amount of the code which needs to be updated for every global change.
Also remove tests for VisualAge compiler which isn't used since ages.

Improve showing the button which closed the message box by doing it inside the
dialog used for testing it instead of popping up a separate message box just
for this.
And do the same thing for rich message boxes as for the normal ones.
See #16153.

An extra "&&" was left in the preprocessor check, remove it.
Also remove the check for __WXMAC_OSX__ as it's unneeded as
USE_NATIVE_FONT_DIALOG_FOR_MACOSX is only defined as 1 under wxOSX and,
actually, wrong, as __WXMAC_OSX__ is never defined anywhere and was probably a
corruption of __WXOSX_MAC__ in the first place.

As 10.5 is the minimal supported version, it doesn't make sense to check for
it (or even earlier versions) during the build or run-time.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Extract wxModalDialogHook from wx/testing.h into its own wx/modalhook.h,
extend it to allow to be notified not only about showing modal dialogs but
also about dismissing them and document it and show its use in the dialogs
sample.
Also replace all the WX_TESTING_SHOW_MODAL_HOOK macros occurrences with
WX_HOOK_MODAL_DIALOG.

It can be used to show more customizable tooltips than the native wxToolTip
but at the price of using generic implementation in some cases (actually
almost always now, with the exceptions of text control tooltips under MSW).
Extra features include:
- The balloon-like tooltip form.
- Possibility to show an icon.
- Title display in a different form.
More customization could be added later. It should be also possible to fully
implement this class natively under MSW.
Update the dialogs sample to show the rich tooltips in action.

Implement support for wxHELP for wxMSW, wxGTK and wxOSX/Cocoa (at least when
showing the message box from the main thread, there doesn't seem to be any way
to show more than three buttons with CFUserNotificationDisplayAlert() so
"Help" button is not supported when using it).
This is useful not only on its own, i.e. to allow the user to ask for help,
but also because it brings the total number of buttons supported by the
message dialog to 4, meaning that more choices can be offered to the user
(which is rarely, but not quite never, useful).

wxMSW used to handle VK_RETURN in the same way as VK_TAB if it wasn't consumed
by the default push button but this didn't correspond to the native platform
behaviour which considers pressing Return when the OK button is disabled an
error and audibly notifies the user about it.
Fix this by passing VK_RETURN to IsDialogMessage() if we don't translate it to
a button click.
Also add a possibility to test what happens when the default (or all)
button(s) in the dialog are disabled to the dialogs sample.

text entry too so mention it explicitly in the documentation.

This is a generalization of wxMessageDialog based on the native task dialog
under recent (Vista and later) Windows versions and implemented generically
for the other ports for now.
It provides the possibility to use additional controls in the message boxes
(checkbox useful for the "Don't ask me again" kind of dialogs and collapsible
detailed explanations field) and better look and feel under Windows.
