ab1f7d2aa9 All the Window and GDI (pen, bitmap, etc.) classes and also many 
toplevel functions will now check that a wx.App object has already
been created and will raise a wx.PyNoAppError exception if not.

2b9048c56f %addtofunc --> %pythonAppend 
Also used %pythonPrepend to provide backwards compatibility for a few
parameter name changes.

dd9f7fea29 Changed all TRUE/true --> True and all FALSE/false --> False so the 
Python docstrings will have the correct case.

Started adding extra docstrings where needed.

Some other little tweaks and fixes.
