Improve the logic for determining whether the statusbar should be
renderer as for active/key window or a background one.
wxTopLevelWindow::IsActive() is not a sufficient test because it returns
false in some situations when the statusbar need to appear as active
(another floating window) and also didn't account for window-modal
sheets (which don't change statusbar appearance either).
Allow to disable maximize and minimize buttons dynamically just as we already
allow to disable the "Close" button using EnableCloseButton().
Currently implemented for MSW and OSX only.

wxBitmap uses CGImage instead of NSImage internally and the conversion
looses NSImage metadata. In particular, it looses the "template"
attribute, which is set for files ending with "Template" and loaded
trough wxArtProvider.
This change makes it easy to use template images with native controls
such as the toolbar.

Added EnableFullScreenView() to have a full screen button in the title bar and also allowing ShowFullScreen() to make use of the newer full screen API.

As 10.5 is the minimal supported version, it doesn't make sense to check for
it (or even earlier versions) during the build or run-time.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

If a button was created using a normal single-line label (including empty one)
and then its label was changed to something multi-line later, its size stayed
wrong in wxOSX as it still used the fixed size bezel used by normal buttons.
Adjust the bezel after each bezel change now to update the size of the button
if necessary.

This currently is only implemented under OS X and sets the proxy icon there
but could be implemented to do something useful under the other platforms too
in the future.

Doing this is unnecessary and results in compilation errors in PPC and x86
builds when using old (4.0.1) version of the compiler.
So make WXEXPORT added in r67575 specific to 64 bit builds.

Define __WXOSX__ for non-GUI build under Darwin. Ensure that the rest of the
code compiles correctly when just __WXOSX__ is defined but neither of
__WXOSX_{CARBON,COCOA,IPHONE}__ is. This ensures that wxBase can actually be
built under Mac.
Move OS X symbols definitions in wx/platform.h after wx/setup.h inclusion as
they rely on __DARWIN__ and wxUSE_GUI values which are both define in that
file now. Still keep them before wx/chkconf.h inclusion which relies on
__WXOSX_XXX__ being defined. Yes, it's a mess and should be cleaned up more
permanently some day.
Also remove some redundancy from wx/osx/{carbon,cocoa}/private.h by factoring
out common parts into wx/osx/core/private.h. Also include this header itself
from wx/osx/private.h directly instead of including it thrice from different
sub-ports headers.

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.
