This is consistent with wxToString(wxColour) and seems more useful than
either returning black string representation (as wxMSW used to do) or
asserting (as wxGTK did).
Document this behaviour and add a test checking for it.

Don't return RGB values if colour is not solid
and hence cannot be represented with these values.
Non-solid colour should be reported as an unknown
RGB value, e.g. '??????'.

In the class description mention that in addition to RGB, an alpha value
is stored as well. Remove incorrect description of operator=(), clarify
meaning of "on" parameter in MakeMono(), and make few minor text edits.

No real changes, just clean up sources by removing trailing spaces from
all the non-generated files.
This should hopefully avoid future commits mixing significant changes
with insignificant whitespace ones.
Under macOS colors can be patterns, then accessors for RGB values are useless, IsSolid returns true if the color can be expressed in RGB values at all.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Allow creating a disabled version of the colour without having to manually
break it into RGB components and then recreating it from them.

Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

These methods allow to operate with all 3 or 4 colour channels at once.
Add their implementation, documentation and a unit test for wxColour
exercising them.
