96e790a567 Disable wxUSE_FSWATCHER under Unix if neither inotify nor kqueue is available. 
Don't define wxUSE_FSWATCHER as 1 in configure if we can't implement it.

Also add a check to wx/unix/chkconf.h to verify that we didn't end up with an
inconsistent configuration somehow.

Closes #11670.

5508feb8f7 wxUSE_GSTREAMER is Unix-specific, remove it from common wx/setup_inc.h; it also requires wxUSE_THREADS, check for it

a187327964 Added wxUSE_CONSOLE_EVENTLOOP and wxUSE_SELECT/EPOLLDISPATCHER guards; 
put checks for them in the new Unix-specific wx/unix/chkconf.h file
