12bdd77c85 Can now switch between PostScript and WIN32 print dialogs 
by setting the value of wxUSE_POSTSCRIPT_ARCHITECTURE_IN_MSW.
Added first part of Peter Lenhard's WinCE DrawEllipticArc
implementation.
