No real changes, just clean up sources by removing trailing spaces from
all the non-generated files.
This should hopefully avoid future commits mixing significant changes
with insignificant whitespace ones.
The new method returns a boolean flag which indicates whether there is
any clipping region or not and so is preferable to using the old one and
checking its return value to determine this, which can't be done
reliably.
Member data containing clipping box have to be updated not only when the clipping region is explicitly changed by SetClippingRegion()/DestroyClippingRegion() but also when existing HDC is associated with wxDC using SetHDC() or when wxDC coordinates are transformed with SetDeviceOrigin(), SetLogicalOrigin(), SetUserScale(), SetLogicalScale(), SetTransformMatrix() or ResetTransformMatrix().
When any of these functions is called then clipping box data are marked as invalid and updated using GetClipBox() Win API at nearest call to GetClippingBox().
See #17646.
Windows CE doesn't seem to be supported by Microsoft any longer. Last CE
release was in early 2013 and the PocketPC and Smartphone targets supported by
wxWidgets are long gone.
The build files where already removed in an earlier cleanup this commit
removes all files, every #ifdef and all documentation regarding the Windows CE
support.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.
Closes#14487.

Add support for world transformations to wxDC too. Currently this is
implemented in wxMSW only but could be easily provided in the ports that use
wxGraphicsContext for wxDC implementation later.

Add a new wxDC method allowing to retrieve the font characteristics not
available from GetTextExtent(), notably the internal leading (and also the
average font width).
Currently this is implemented for wxMSW only, the internal leading is always 0
in the other ports.

This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.
Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.

and thus removed all the duplicated code in all wxDC
classes.
Problematic is that wxSVGFileDC and wxPostscriptDC inherit
from wxDC and therefore include platform specific code
(also before this change) so I chose to override all
SetLogicalOrigin() etc. methods in these classes and
call their wxDCBase methods thereby circumventing the
platform dependent code.
I'm afraid the Mac code will require updating, too.

virtual and implement them like any other method
in the wxDC classes, not only in the their files
but somehow belonging to the wxDCBase class.
This is required for plugging in differnt DC backends
with different conversions.
Ideally (and absolutely possible ) all these methods
should be removed and just the one in wxDCBase
should stay using values set in the various
derived classes.
