Add new wxBookCtrlXmlHandlerBase and inherit the XRC handlers of all the
wxBookCtrlBase-derived classes except for wxTreebookXmlHandler, which
will require special handling, from it to avoid duplicating the same
code in all of them.

In section "dependency" use "*" in processorArchitecture instead of specifying
the concrete architecture such as "amd64" or "x86". This allows to have just one
manifest for all architectures instead of having them for all supported architectures
individually differing in just processorArchitecture.
Add nanosvg submodule and use it in the generic implementation of this
function.
This is incomplete yet and, notably, doesn't cache the rasterized
images, but already shows that using SVG images works (at least in the
toolbar sample).
This first version provides only a generic implementation of
wxBitmapBundle using a collection of bitmaps and only supports using it
in wxToolBar in wxMSW and wxGTK.
More methods of creating wxBitmapBundle will be provided later and more
functions taking wxBitmap will be changed to take wxBitmapBundle later
too and, of course, all the other ports will be updated to use the new
API too.
No real changes, just make it possible to use these constants without
including the entire wx/intl.h.
Note that the existing headers including wx/intl.h need to keep
including it, unfortunately, as not doing it any longer would break
compilation of any code including them which relies on _() or
wxGetTranslation() being defined after including e.g. wx/dc.h. This was,
of course, never guaranteed, but in practice it worked for a very long
time, so don't break it now.

Remove the platform-specific wxWebRequest headers from the files lists
and from MSVS 200x project files.
This should have been done in e5bd5a926c (Move backend-specific
wxWebRequest headers to private subdirs, 2020-12-26) manually, as
update-setup-h script doesn't remove the old files from the variable
definitions.
It notably fixes CMake build under MSW and Mac, which failed due to not
finding the referenced files.
As it is stated in matrix.cpp wxTransformMatrix was intended to be used
in wxDC to replace the basic system of scaling/translation but actually
it was never used.
Because applying affine transformations can be done with wxAffineMatrix2D
and wxDC::SetTransformMatrix() we can get rid of this dead code.
Closes#13114.
And use it to get HiDPI support wherever we use GtkImage. This extends and
consolidates support for custom drawing of images which has already been added
somewhat redundantly in several places.
This reverts commit 8c9ba23eae, reversing
changes made to 5192feb38e.
Upcoming commits will try to work around the issues with art IDs related
to wxNO_IMPLICIT_WXSTRING_ENCODING in a different way.
The pre-3.1.4 definitions of the constants were just string literals,
while the type were wxString typedefs. To avoid implicit conversion
these were converted to actual wxStrings.
While the interface now matched the implementation, this has several
drawbacks:
- every use of the "constant" now is a string construction at runtime
- the constant now is an rvalue, i.e. it is impossible to take its
address.
The latter breaks its use from wxPython.
The IDs are moved to a separate file which can be included multiple
times, once from the header to have the declarations in place, and once
to instantiate the wxStrings. Using a common file avoids the declaration
and definition going out of sync.
It contained a single function which can be defined in xh_animatctrl.cpp
instead as it's only used there anyhow, and this file has no more reason
to exist, as "adv" library itself doesn't exist any longer.
This function, using Carbon API, is not used any longer since the
changes of 5b6af7002c, so remove it and
also remove the file where it was defined as there is nothing remaining
there any longer.

Use a QT delegate to create editor and perform custom model update.

A recent commit added the file src/stc/PlatWXcocoa.mm needed for wxSTC
with the cocoa port. This commit modifies the build system files to
use this new file when it is needed.
Prompting for user name and password is a common task.
At least windows provides these dialogs native but this
is just a generic implementation for now.
