3. renamed wxListBox::SetSelection(n, select) to DoSetSelection() for all
ports and defined non virtual SetSelection() overloads in the base class
to avoid virtual functions hiding

GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

prevent "hanging" in single selection mode.
Also removed call to AddPendingEvent and
changed wxLB_EXTENDED mode so that no changes
to the listbox go unnoticed.
I do wonder what the difference between multiple
and extended list boxes actually are.
Not suer what I changed in the other files.

Implemented wxSIMPLE_BORDER for wxWindow (no controls),
Tried to correct positioning upon start-up - no way,
Rewrote catching of scroll events - page-up, page-down, up and down
work now. Don't know what TOP and BOTTOM are used for.
