9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

763163a80a split wxEVT_GRID_CELL_CHANGE into wxEVT_GRID_CELL_CHANGING/ED pair for consistency with all the other controls; provide access to new/old value of the cell in the event object

2da2f941bb Fix wx[Sorted]ArrayString::Index when wxUSE_STL=1, because 
it is different than wxArray::Index (second argument is for
case sensitivity, not search direction).
  Use forward declaration for wx[Sorted]ArrayString, where
possible.

af49c4b8a2 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)
