Václav Slavík	7bc51afc03	Add debugger visualizers for Visual Studio 2012+. Starting with 2012, Visual Studio uses a new, XML-based and actually quite understandable format for the debug visualizers. Vadim Zeitlin	692a0709d3	Add MSVS autoexp.dat fragment for some common wxWidgets types.
