Notably mention the need to add the path to the build-specific setup.h
file.
Also refer to CMake to help people using this build system.

When using -jN, setup_h needs to be created first to avoid a bug due to
missing dependencies in the current makefiles which breaks the build
otherwise.
Since 202f62b4c4 x64 configurations exist
for MSVC 8 and 9 projects. Because MSVC 7 is the minimal supported
version, and doesn't support 64-bit builds, remove the section in
install.txt about x64 configurations being available only in MSVC 10
project files and later.
The current master doesn't support Win9x any more but does support Windows 10
and MSVC 15 and while the platform details page of the manual was already
updated to reflect this, the more visible introduction page was not, update it
as well.
Also update MSW installation instructions in install.txt.
Document wx_local.props instead of the old and not existing any more
wx_vcN_local.props.
Also mention that wx/msw/setup.h can be linked to wx/msw/setup0.h instead of
being a copy of it.

Use the correct $WXWIN/include/msvc path instead of the non-existing
$WXWIN/msvc.
Also mention that $WXWIN should actually be $(WXWIN) for MSVC.

Most importantly, this allows us to remove all MSLU-related stuff.
Some functions which were previously loaded dynamically can now be just used
directly, too.

Don't support this compiler any more, this allows to get rid of tons of
MSVC6-specific workarounds, in particular we can now use Bind() and natural
template functions calls in the library code.
Also remove MSVC6 project and solution files and don't generate them when
bakefile_gen is ran any more (removing the remaining occurrences of msvc6prj
from the bakefiles results in weird bake-time errors, so it's simpler to just
leave them there).

Unfortunately -std=c++11 doesn't work currently and almost certainly won't
before 3.0, so at least document the workaround.

The later versions of this compiler don't need it any more, so make it easier
to set up the projects for them at the expense of MSVC 6 and 7 users who will
now need to explicitly define wxUSE_RC_MANIFEST=1 and predefine the
architecture macro (or setup their resource compiler include path to get
wx/msw/rcdefs.h under the lib directory but predefining the architecture is
clearly simpler).
Do generate manifest when using gcc as it predefines the architecture macros
allowing us to avoid requiring using the generated rcdefs.h.
The other compilers will be dealt with as needed if anybody is still using
them.

This compiler doesn't exist any more and was probably unsupported even in 2.8,
let alone 2.9, so remove all the __MWERKS__ tests to simplify things.

Explaining how to build wxWidgets itself is insufficient as usually people
want to actually build their programs using it and not just the library
itself, so add a section explaining how to build the projects using wxMSW.
Also add a table of contents and mention that MSVC and g++ are the main
supported compilers.
