For some reason, we used "vc_x64_lib" as the output directory for the
libraries, but "vc_mswu_x64" as the output directory for the samples.
Place the arch suffix, i.e. "_x64" part, always after the compiler
prefix (possibly including version), for consistency with both the
library output directories and with MSBuild project files, as
build/msw/wx_setup.props uses $(wxCompilerPrefix)$(wxArchSuffix)_...
as wxIntRootDir value.
Replace the use of Henry Spencer's regex library with PCRE at the build
level and enable wxUSE_PCRE in wxRegEx code to switch to PCRE-based
implementation there.
Note that this has to be done unconditionally because there is no simple
way to select between the previously used regex library and PCRE at the
makefiles level.
We could still keep the possibility to use the system regex library
under Unix, but this doesn't seem to be worth doing, as we don't support
Unicode REs properly when using it (and never did), so drop support for
this too.
Rearrange wx_{lib,dll} templates definitions to put 3rd party include
paths in the beginning, before WX_CPPFLAGS inherited from wx_{lib,dll}_b
template, so that our own 3rd party libraries headers are found before
the system ones, if we're using built-in versions of the libraries.
Done by running misc/scripts/inc_release, manually updating version.bkl,
rebaking and rerunning autoconf.
Also a header for the next version to the change log.
In native MSW builds this file is not needed as wxUSE_LIBMSPACK is always 0
anyhow, but it is required when cross-compiling or using Cygwin and libmspack
was detected by configure.

Somehow more files appear as modified now, after fixing "all" of them in the
previous commit. Convert these files as well. Will there be more in the next
clone?
Update bakefile configuration to include x64 configurations into MSVS 2005 and
2008 projects (2003 doesn't support building in 64 bits, 2010 and later are
manually maintained and already have them) and rebake the projects.

This partially undoes r32570 which doesn't seem necessary any more as
wx/html/forcelnk.h is only used in wxHTML since the addition of wx/link.h soon
after that revision and having it in wxBase is completely unnecessary and just
looks strange.

Most importantly, this allows us to remove all MSLU-related stuff.
Some functions which were previously loaded dynamically can now be just used
directly, too.

Replace a few more __WXMSW__ tests with __WINDOWS__ ones and modify bakefiles
to allow specifying the toolkit to be built in wxMSW makefiles.

Refactor the console event loop code into separate files to untangle it from
the GUI version and ensure that it doesn't depend on the GUI at all. It can
now be defined in the base library and simply reused by the core one.
This also makes the console event loop usable for other ports under Windows,
e.g. wxGTK.

We already define the symbols needed to disable the warnings in wx/defs.h but
this isn't enough for third party code not including it, so define them in the
project settings directly.

Parse "style" attributes of the HTML tags and honour those of them that can be
mapped to the HTML 3 attributes.
Also add a handler for <span> tag.
