Move changelog entries accidentally added to 3.2.2 section

Browse Source 
Somehow many entries got added to the wrong section and went under 3.2.2
instead of 3.2.2. Move them to the correct place now.

Also reintegrate the section for the changes in 3.2.2.1 which wasn't
present in this branch.
