Wrap the warning suppress of SetSize around #ifndef WX_WARN_ILLEGAL_SETSIZE.

Browse Source 
configure with CFLAGS="-DWX_WARN_ILLEGAL_SETSIZE" when wanting to deal with the problem and therefore see the
warnings.
