Implement text ellipsizing for wxDataViewCustomRenderer in wxGTK.
Add another virtual function (GtkGetTextRenderer()) to the base class which allows us to reuse the same code setting the "ellipsize" property that we already used for wxDataViewTextRenderer for wxDataViewCustomRenderer as well. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@62608 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
