The setup.py script will now install wxPython's headers as part of the standard install. Moved the bulk of setup.py to wx/build/config.py so 3rd party modules that wish to use the same setup/configuration code can do so simply by importing this module form their own setup.py scripts. git-svn-id: https://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk@26341 c3d73ce0-8a6f-49c7-b76d-6d57e0e08775
