Looks like an enormous job. The Domain specific language in
wxWidgets/CMakeLists.txt is a huge pile of code in an completely
undocumented language that was never intended to be a turing
complete language.
Need to fix options.cmake, and possibly main.cmake
Which overrule our build options for their own.
