wbhart 70fc2bb3a0 (i)fft_blah => mpir_(i)fft_blah, n_revbin => mpir_revbin, fermat_to_mpz =>
mpir_fermat_to_mpz, random_fermat => mpir_random_fermat. Moved fft protos
to gmp-impl.h.
