Optimize checking for the strip bounds.
* libtiff/{tif_dirread.c, tif_strip.c}: TIFFScanlineSize() and
TIFFRasterScanlineSize() functions report zero in the case of integer
overflow now. Properly handle this case in TIFFReadDirectory()
(patches from Dmitry V. Levin).
