Merge branch 'buildin-linux' of https://github.com/MaartenBent/libtiff into wx
Allow using tif_config.h not generated by configure under Linux too. Note that the previous commit is best viewed with --color-moved option. See https://github.com/wxWidgets/libtiff/pull/3
