* tools/tiffcrop.c: fix multiple uint32 overflows in

writeBufferToSeparateStrips(), writeBufferToContigTiles() and
writeBufferToSeparateTiles() that could cause heap buffer overflows.
Reported by Henri Salo from Nixu Corporation.
