John Bowler 21d9e6e0fb SKIP definition in pngstest.c misplaced The SKIP definition needs to come after the png.h include (see all the other .c files in contrib/libtests) because it depends on PNG_LIBPNG_VER. This "contrib" directory contains contributions which are not necessarily under
the libpng license, although all are open source.  They are not part of
libpng proper and are not used for building the library, although some are used
for testing the library via "make check".
