[libpng16] Removed #ifdef PNG_16BIT_SUPPORTED/#endif around png_product2(); it is
needed by png_reciprocal2(). Added #ifdef PNG_16BIT_SUPPORTED/#endif around png_log16bit() and png_do_swap().
