Libpng 1.4.0beta10 - July 12, 2006

This is not intended to be a public release.  It will be replaced
within a few weeks by a public version or by another test version.

  scripts/libpng.pc.in contained "configure" style version info and would
    not work with makefiles.
  The shared-library makefiles were linking to libpng.so.0 instead of
    libpng.so.3 compatibility as the library.

  Updated scripts/pngw32.def to comment out MMX functions.
