Fred L. Drake, Jr. 5dec038664 Renamed the Expat DLLs from "expat.dll" to "libexpat.dll". This solves ... a real naming conflict with Perl's XML::Parser::Expat module and the relatively recent 1.95.x naming of the combined Expat DLL.
